Still Have Questions?Take a moment to breathe deeply and unwind. During your initial session, your counselor will review the informed consent process and offer essential guidelines. They will discuss your life experiences and aspirations, fostering an environment where you can openly share. Feel free to bring a list of specific concerns or goals you wish to address.
The duration is contingent upon individual circumstances and personal investment outside of scheduled appointments. Collaboratively, you and your counselor can establish a tailored timeline that aligns with your therapeutic objectives and progress.
Our counselors collaborate with you to establish clear therapeutic goals, which serve as the focal point of your sessions. Whether you prefer a structured approach or a more flexible format, sessions are tailored to your preferences and needs.
Counseling sessions are 50-55 minutes. Longer sessions are available but must be discussed with your provider in advance. Insurance does not cover more than one appointment (37-59 minutes) per 24 hours; any extra time is billed at a self-pay rate.
We advocate for open communication between patients and providers. Should you wish to explore alternative options, you are welcome to request a change of providers within our practice at any time.
Our online portal offers convenient scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation options. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance incur no fee. Within 24 hours, a $50 fee applies. No-show or no-notification incurs a $75 fee.
